Terms and Conditions of Sale

General Information:

• The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein and by purchasing from Hi-Fi Express you shall be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

Prices:

• Prices displayed are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• All prices are inclusive of GST.
  

Orders & Payments:

• Payment for goods can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Bank Deposit. 
• Items will not be dispatched until paid in full.
• Title of the goods does not pass to the customer until Hi-Fi Express has received full payment.
• Please select your items carefully as returns are not possible unless the item is faulty.
• Customers cannot cancel orders unless there are unexpected delays on delivery of your goods.
• Orders are not binding upon Hi-Fi Express and Hi-Fi Express reserves the right to reject an order at its discretion.
  

Delivery:

• Title and risk in goods passes to the customer once goods have been dispatched.
• All deliveries are covered by shipping insurance to protect again losses or damages in transit.  In event of losses or damages during transit, Hi-Fi Express will make a claim on your behalf and replace or refund your items subject to the claim being approved by the insurer.
• Hi-Fi Express makes every effort to advise accurate delivery times, however it does not accept liability for any losses, costs, damages, or other expenses incurred directly or indirectly as the result of goods not being delivered within estimated timeframes.
• We can ship to any physical address in Australia, and can also deliver some items to PO Boxes.  However, deliveries to PO Boxes must be cleared with Hi-Fi Express prior to order.
• Hi-Fi Express must be notified of any change of address of the customer prior to the goods being dispatched. Any costs in relation to providing an incorrect address will be charged to the customer.
• All shipments must be signed for upon delivery for security purposes.  If a signature cannot be obtained on delivery, the goods will be available for pick-up from a local post-office or depot, or re-delivery may be possible.  Re-delivery may incur additional costs, which will be charged to the customer.
  

Returns:

• Under the Hi-Fi Express 7 Day Return Guarantee, Hi-Fi Express will replace any items faulty on arrival or faulty within 7 days of delivery.
• Please contact us immediately if your item develops any faults within 7 days. Hi-Fi Express does not accept any liability for costs in relation to faults that have not been reported within 7 days of delivery, although you can have your item repaired or obtain replacement products under Manufacturer Warranties.
• All products sold by Hi-Fi Express are covered by full Australian Manufacturer Warranties, which usually provide 12 months cover for full repair or replacement of faulty items, however warranty periods and terms may vary.
• No returns will be accepted until the customer has been issued a Return Authorisation by Hi-Fi Express.
• If products are returned to Hi-Fi Express without Return Authorisation, or returned goods are found to be not faulty, customers must pay shipping costs and an additional service fee may be charged.  Any missing components or accompanying items may result in rejection of the returned goods.

•  In no event shall Hi-Fi Express be liable for any damages caused by any product or service or the failure of such product or service to perform, including but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings, loss of use, loss of data, or any other special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage, and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.
• Hi-Fi Express is not liable for any claim made by a third party or made by you for a third party.
• While Hi-Fi Express makes every effort to include accurate and up-to-date information on its website, it makes no warranties or representations as to the website's accuracy, and assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Web Site.
• Hi-Fi Express does not guarantee product compatibility.
• Any conditions that are not enforceable, void or invalid shall be deemed severable herefrom and all other conditions remaining shall be enforceable and valid.
• Hi-Fi Express may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions of Sale by updating this document.
